Public and customer surveys

To the best of our knowledge, Corona is the only firm in Colorado that has conducted all seven major types of surveys: telephone, mail, Internet, intercept, door to door, e-mail, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

Focus groups

We provide all focus group services, including design, execution, moderation, and analysis. While Corona's focus group facility is conveniently located in downtown Denver, our unique strength is our ability to conduct focus groups "out there" in the real world. Demographic analyses

Corona can develop demographic profiles of specific geographic areas, or prepare geodemographic analyses of specific target markets. We can help you determine who your target market is and where the market is located.

Observational surveys and ethnographic research

Corona has been a pioneer in conducting on-site observational research and ethnographic research.* If you would like a researcher to examine your target market's behavior, we can "go undercover" to gather that information objectively and analytically.

Develop and evaluate campaign content

Via our surveys, focus groups, demographic research, and mapping capabilities, our research experts can provide the data to support and populate your campaigns. Not only can Corona help develop the original content, but we can also provide media and ad testing to ensure that the correct message is reaching your target market.

Pre- and Post-Analysis

Corona can provide surveys to test and evaluate awareness, attitudes, or perceptions of your media campaigns, and we can also provide innovative measures such as newspaper coverage analyses or observational research.
