We can help you ...

Develop a strategic plan

Corona Research is Colorado's leading consulting firm in assisting nonprofit organizations on strategic planning issues and competitive strategy. We can help you identify your markets, develop program-based budgets, evaluate programs, develop mission statements, and identify priorities, on either a short-term or a long-term basis.

For your convenience, Corona provides four tiers of strategic plan development that depend on an organization's level of development and internal accord on strategic direction. We can work with you to define the best tier for your needs.

Conduct a program evaluation

Corona is an objective third party with extensive experience in program evaluation. We can develop a logic model for you, define pre- and post-testing, and implement the full evaluation. In the current funding climate, outcomes evaluations are becoming more and more important to nonprofits, both from an efficiency standpoint and a funding standpoint.

Facilitate board and management retreats

We provide half-day to week-long facilitation services for board and management retreats. Corona's facilitators will keep your retreat on track, make sure that you're asking yourself the right questions, and guide you to an effective outcome.

Identify client needs and perceptions

Corona has a very strong market research practice, hence our name. We conduct surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and observational research for many nonprofit clients, and bring a hard set of skills to our research projects.

Conduct needs assessments or market assessments

Combining our research experience with our nonprofit expertise, we are often called upon to conduct needs assessments or market studies on specific issues. By conducting surveys, focus groups, key person interviews, demographic research, secondary research, and other types of analyses, we can provide you with a strong picture of the landscape in which your nonprofit operates, and of the clients that you serve.
