MOBIS Contract Holder

Corona Research is a pre-approved, federally qualified contract holder under the GSA's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) program. The MOBIS program offers government contracts with companies to help improve management and organizational effectiveness.

Corona's areas of expertise are leveraged under this contract within the following areas:

• SIN 874-1: Corona provides consulting services in the areas of strategic planning and competitive strategy.  We can help you identify your markets, develop program-based budgets, evaluate programs, develop mission statements, and identify priorities, on either a short-term or a long-term basis.

• SIN 874-2: Corona provides half-day to week-long facilitation services for board and management retreats. Corona's highly trained facilitators will keep your retreat on track, make sure that you're asking yourself the right questions, and guide you to an effective outcome.

• SIN 874-3: Corona offers comprehensive survey services.  We conduct nationwide, statewide, local, or neighborhood surveys in English and/or Spanish language.  Corona has the analytical expertise to weight survey responses, design questions appropriately, and provide analyses that are both meaningful and reader-friendly. We can provide all seven major types of surveys: telephone, mail, Internet, intercept, door to door, e-mail, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
